Comparison

Ryze D2D vs SalesRabbit, Terros, Enzy & SPOTIO

Every one of these is a good tool for getting reps to the right doors. The honest question isn't who maps a territory best — it's what happens to the deal after the yes. That's where these four hand off, and where Ryze keeps going.

All four capture the door and hand the deal off to someone else's system. Ryze is the only one that keeps it — through the install, the commission, and the 60-day retention window where the money is actually made or lost.

Where each one fits

The best-known

SalesRabbit

Mature canvassing maps, area management and a real integrations ecosystem. If your whole problem is "who knocked which door," it does that well.

Solar-first · closest peer

Terros

Founded by ex-Sunrun people; AI-driven canvassing and appointment setting, built for solar and wired into Salesforce. Strong at getting the appointment — then it hands the deal to your CRM.

Recruiting & hype

Enzy

Leans hard into gamification and recruiting — good energy for a growing crew. Still a front-of-funnel tool; the order lifecycle lives elsewhere.

Enterprise field sales

SPOTIO

Deep activity tracking and CRM sync for larger field-sales orgs already standardized on Salesforce or HubSpot. Powerful — and priced and shaped for that world.

Being fair: if all you need is to get reps to the right doors and push appointments into a CRM you already run, any of these four can do it — and Terros and SPOTIO integrate more deeply with Salesforce today than Ryze does. Ryze's bet is different: that your real leak is the 30% of sold deals that go sideways between the yes and the install, and the commission math nobody wants to run in a spreadsheet. So Ryze doesn't hand the deal off — it is the system of record from the knock to the payout.

"But we run on Salesforce"

Then Terros or SPOTIO will feel familiar — they're designed to feed it. Ryze takes the opposite stance: for the doors, Ryze is the system of record, so the order, the install status, the commission and the retention clock all live in one place your reps already open. For teams that need both, Salesforce/CRM sync is on our roadmap and we'll build the connector into an evaluation — you're not choosing between Ryze and your CRM.

What Ryze connects to — today, and what's coming

Terros advertises Salesforce, HubSpot and Enerflo. We'd rather show you our actual list than match theirs on a slide. Here it is, split honestly.

Live now
  • Carrier order email — reps auto-forward order confirmations; deals and install status update themselves. No manual entry.
  • Daily carrier report (CSV) — the provider's own file is parsed and matched to deals. Last run: 82 rows, 82 matched, 0 unmatched.
  • Address & parcel data — official county address points with owner-of-record and owner-occupancy where published; OSM everywhere else.
  • Stripe — subscription billing for individual reps on Ryze Solo.
  • Tremendous — contest prizes actually paid out, not just announced on a leaderboard.
  • Push (iOS & Android) — callbacks, appointments, retention check-ins, contest results.
On the roadmap
  • Salesforce — a native app, not a Zapier hop. Scoped; not shipped.
  • HubSpot — contact and deal sync.
  • Enerflo — for solar teams already running it as their proposal-to-install layer.
  • Outbound webhooks — so you can wire Ryze into whatever we haven't built yet.

If one of these is a hard requirement, say so on the demo. We'll tell you where it actually sits — and if it isn't close, we'll say that too.

The honest version: if your operation's centre of gravity is already Salesforce and you mainly need doors pushed into it, SPOTIO and Terros connect deeper than Ryze does today. Ryze's integrations point the other way on purpose — into the carrier and the payout, because that's where deals and commissions actually go missing.

Why "built by D2D reps" isn't a slogan

Every screen in Ryze was shaped by people who were on the doors that week — not a product committee. That's why the app knows a sold deal isn't a paid deal, why commission holds and clawbacks are first-class, and why the retention window has its own board. It's the same reason we cover solar, alarms, pest, internet, TV, roofing and water the same way — a knock is a knock, and the deal still has to survive to install in every one of them.
