Submit the form below with the email on your Ryze D2D account. We verify the request with the account holder and, for reps, notify your company's admin, then delete your data. You can also email [email protected] from your account email. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Your profile (name, email, phone, photo), your login, your recorded pitch audio, your saved pins and dispositions, your notification tokens, and your personal activity history are deleted or anonymized.
Some records must be retained for legal, pay, and tax obligations even after account deletion — for example completed orders and commission/pay ledgers, kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted. Pitch recordings are deleted after 90 days; technical logs after 12 months. If your company owns the account, business records created for the company remain with the company.
