Ryze D2D is a software platform for field sales teams: territory maps, door disposition tracking, lead and order management, commission reporting, training, and team messaging. Your access is provisioned through the company or team you work with ("your Company"). These terms are between you and Ryze D2D; your working relationship, pay, and classification are between you and your Company and are not created or governed by these terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the service.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful field-sales work, and you will not: (a) access data of companies or users you are not authorized to see, or probe/bypass security controls; (b) scrape, resell, or export platform data except through provided features for your Company's business; (c) harass others in messaging features; (d) upload unlawful content; (e) use property or homeowner data for any purpose other than your Company's sales operations — never for credit, insurance, employment, or tenancy decisions.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that govern your in-field conduct, including door-to-door solicitation rules and licensing, "no soliciting"/do-not-knock designations, consumer-protection and cooling-off-rule obligations, telemarketing/SMS rules, and audio-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. The platform records work activity by design — including GPS location during field sessions and map use, door dispositions, sales pipeline records, training progress, app logins and screen usage — and makes it visible to your Company's managers and staff. Customer information entered into or ingested by the platform is your Company's business data. Handle it only for servicing those customers, and do not copy it outside the platform except as your Company authorizes.
Ryze D2D and its software, design, and content are owned by Rank Rebels LLC. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for your Company's sales operations. Feedback may be used by us without obligation. Training content, recordings you create, and your Company's business records belong to your Company.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party data (including property-records data and carrier order statuses). Commission figures shown in the app are informational; your Company's records govern actual pay.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Rebels LLC's total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid to us for your access in the 12 months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data.
You will indemnify Rank Rebels LLC against claims arising from your violation of law or these terms in your use of the service, including recording-consent and solicitation-law violations.
Your Company controls provisioning of your account. We may terminate or suspend for breach. Sections 7–12 survive.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app, and continued use is acceptance.
