Ryze D2D is a field-sales platform used by door-to-door sales teams. This policy covers the Ryze D2D app (app.ryzed2d.com and the iOS app) and our websites (ryzed2d.com). It describes what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

From sales reps and team users (account holders):

• Account and profile data: name, email, phone, role, photo.
• Location data: GPS position while using the map and while a field session

is active, and the locations of door knocks you record.

• Work activity: door dispositions, leads, appointments, orders, training

progress, contest participation, pay and commission records.

• Audio you choose to record: the pitch-recording feature captures audio from

your device's microphone when you start a recording.

• App usage: logins, screens visited, device/push tokens, and technical logs.

About customers of the sales campaigns (collected by reps and by the carrier's order-status emails):

• Contact and order data: name, phone, email, service address, product/plan,

order number and status, installation dates.

About properties and their owners:

• Publicly available government records: parcel data from the City & County of

Honolulu (and similar public sources), including property owner name and home-exemption status, and address data from public map sources.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. The app is a workplace tool for adults.

How we use it

To run the platform: routing and territory management, recording sales activity, calculating commissions, order-status tracking, training, team messaging, contests/leaderboards, sending notifications you enable, support, and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

How it's shared

• Within your company/team on the platform, per your role's permissions

(e.g., managers see team activity; reps see team leaderboards).

• The carrier or service provider whose products are being sold (e.g.,

order status reconciliation).

• Service providers that host and operate the platform under contract:

Supabase (database/auth/storage), Cloudflare (hosting/email routing), Apple (push notifications, app distribution).

• Legal: if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: if the business is sold or merged, data transfers

with it under this policy's protections.

Audio recordings

The pitch-recording feature is initiated by the rep and may capture the voices of people the rep is speaking with. Reps are contractually required to comply with recording-consent laws where they work and to announce recording. Recordings are private to the rep and their company staff and are retained for 90 days before deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, access is restricted by role-based controls and row-level security, and production access is limited. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a breach as required by law (including Haw. Rev. Stat. §487N).

Retention

We keep account and business records while the account/company relationship is active and as needed for legal, pay, and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize. [Specific schedules: messages X months; recordings X days; logs X months.]

Your choices and rights

• Location, microphone, camera, and notifications are controlled by device

permissions and can be revoked in iOS Settings; core features may not work without them.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information

at [email protected]. Reps: some records (e.g., completed orders, pay ledgers) must be retained for the company's legal obligations even after account deletion.

• Property owners or customers who want their information corrected or removed

can contact us at the same address; public-records data will be suppressed from our displays on request.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date, and notify account holders in-app for material changes.
